Philia Maillardet-Hery<\/strong>\u00a0was born in 1982 in Besan\u00e7on, where she began classical dance at the age of 4. <\/span><\/p>\n

From 1986 to 1994,<\/strong> she perfected at the Conservatory of Besan\u00e7on. <\/span><\/p>\n

She continued her training<\/strong> as a young dancer at the Annie Billecard dance school in Besan\u00e7on from 1994 to 2000. <\/span><\/p>\n

In 2001,<\/strong> she joined the Ballet Junior de Gen\u00e8ve, directed by Sean Wood and Patrice Delay, to benefit from professional training and perform on stage in works by choreographers such as Thierry Malandin, Ken Ossola, Foofwa d’Immobility, Kirsten Debrock and Sean Wood. <\/span><\/p>\n

In 2003,<\/strong> she was hired by the Ballet du Grand Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Gen\u00e8ve to dance pieces by John Neumeier, Davide Bombana, Benjamin Millepied, and Kader Belarbi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Thereafter,<\/strong> Philia worked with several choreographers & independent companies in Switzerland, including the company Igokat. She was also invited by Sylvie Giron to reassemble Dominique Bagouet’s “Small pieces from Berlin” from a score of Laban notation at the Ballet de Lorraine. <\/span><\/p>\n

In 2010,<\/strong> she was hired by the company Alias \u200b\u200bto dance the piece Sideways Rain (choreography by Guilherme Botelho) in Switzerland then on tour around the world for almost 3 years. <\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of 2012,<\/strong> Philia took the turn of professional retraining and dedicated herself to management in a design and communication office (Le Moigne Family Office) to express her creativity in a new form. <\/span><\/p>\n

In March 2020,<\/strong> she returns to the stage, invited by the Igokat company for the creation The Wall at the Espace Culturel des Terreaux in Lausanne. <\/span><\/p>\n

She is currently a Freelance dancer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
