Trained in vinyasa yoga in 2023 with Mariza Smith (200h), then in bakhti yoga with Karim Khouw Zegwaart in 2024 (15h), I teach an accessible and positive form of yoga, which advocates exploring the infinite possibilities of the body without judgment and with kindness.
The practice of vinyasa yoga brings discipline, concentration and confidence: it’s a dynamic class adapted to each individual’s needs, exploring meditation, postures and breathing exercises. Movement and physical and mental balance give us the courage to shine, to take care of ourselves and those around us.
