Contemporary dance method, the Margaret Morris Method allows a positive approach to your body in motion; it provides pleasure and physical well-being.

It is intended for everyone, without exception, both men and women.

The exercises offer gymnastic movements, free and creative sequences, dance sequences sometimes going as far as choreography.

Combined with an awareness of the body, these movements allow you to acquire flexibility, musculature, balance, coordination, endurance and memory training, all to specially chosen music and with breathing work adapted to each exercise.

The method celebrated its hundredth anniversary.
