Sarah Frassanito was born in 1986 in the Neuchatel canton.
She started dancing at the age of 6 at the school of Hélène Cazes in Cernier.
Being trained in «Royal Academy of Dance of London» technique, she successfully passed her RAD exams and received her «Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies» to be able to teach dance.
From 2007 to 2009, she was accepted into the «Cinevox Junior Company» in Schaffhouse, founded by Malou Fenaroli Leclerc.
She danced in «Le Sacre du Printemps», «Roméo et Juliette» and «Le Boléro» by Franz Brodmann.
During 2009, she started to teach dance again at the Igokat Academy of Dance.
During 2010, she danced as a soloist with the Igokat Company.
In May, November and December 2011, she danced in Igokat’s new creation of «BD – Ballet Dessiné» at the Octogone Theatre in Pully and at the Vevey Theatre.
In November and December 2012, she danced with the Igokat Company in «Une Chance, un Sourire» at l’Espace Culturel des Terreaux in Lausanne and at the Marens Theatre in Nyon.
In December 2012, she got a contract with the Lausanne OPera in their production of «Orphée aux Enfers».
In October 2013, she danced with the Igokat Company in «Give & Take» at l’Espace Culturel des Terreaux in Lausanne.
In December 2013, she danced as a soloist with the Igokat Company in extracts of «Give & Take» for the re-opening of the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.
In 2014, she was a principal dancer with the elle Magda Leon Company in their new creation of «Carmina Burana» at the Chaux-de-Fonds.
In August 2014, she became a ballet mistress for «Jeunesse & Sport» Suisse for the students in the gymnastic and dance catgories.
She is currently a teacher at the Igokat Academy of Dance, a soloist dancer with the Igokat Company as well as a free-lance teacher and dancer.
