Sarah Frassanito was born in 1986 in the canton of Neuchâtel.

She started dancing at the age of 6 at the school of Hélène Cazes in Cernier. She started dancing at the age of 6 at the school of Hélène Cazes in Cernier.

After having been trained in the «Royal Academy of Dance of London» ballet technique, she successfully passed her RAD exams and received her «Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies».

From 2007 to 2009, she danced with the «Cinevox Junior Company» in Schaffhouse, founded by Malou Fenaroli Leclerc.
She danced in «Le Sacre du Printemps», «Roméo et Juliette» and «Le Boléro» by Franz Brodmann.

Since 2009, she has taught at the Igokat Academy of Dance.

In 2010, she danced as a soloist with the Igokat Company.


In May, November and December of 2011, she danced in Igokat’s creation of «BD – Ballet Dessiné» at the Octogone Theater in Pully and at the Vevey Theater.

In November and December of 2012, she danced with the Igokat Company in «Une Chance, un Sourire» at l’Espace Culturel des Terreaux in Lausanne and at the Marens Theater in Nyon.

In December 2012, she performed with the Lausanne Opera in their production of «Orphée aux Enfers».

In October 2013, she danced with the Igokat Company in «Give & Take» at l’Espace Culturel des Terreaux in Lausanne.

In December 2013, she danced as a soloist with the Igokat Company in extracts of «Give & Take» for the re-opening of the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.

In 2014, she was a principal dancer with the Elle Magda Leon Company in their creation of «Carmina Burana» at the Chaux-de-Fonds.

In August 2014, she became a ballet mistress for «Jeunesse & Sport» Suisse for the students in the gymnastic and dance categories.

She is currently a teacher at the Igokat Academy of Dance, a soloist dancer with the Igokat Company and a free-lance teacher and dancer.
